Iapetus Newsletter October 2012

Dear friends,

It’s been a while since our last e-mail update, so here’s a roundup of current news relating to the Iapetus / Unsung Productions family of artists:

‘Faith in Worthless Things’ by Lee Fletcher (featuring Markus Reuter & Lisa Fletcher) continues to garner positive reviews from across the blogosphere and music press. We’re pleased to announce two special CD bundle offers at very special prices: For a limited time the hand-numbered / signed + personalised postcard edition of album is available in a double-pack with Markus Reuter’s groundbreaking ‘Todmorden 513’ (signed by Markus), and/or GRICE’s ‘Propeller’, which was produced, mixed & co-arranged by Lee and guest features Markus, Lee & Lisa, (signed by GRICE & Lee). To check out these special offers please visit:

The above-mentioned ‘Todmorden 513’ album is also available (unsigned and without ‘FIWT’) at a bargain 5 Euros to those who write to info@markusreuter.com (with the subject line of ‘Todmorden 513 Free Copy’) before the 31st October. CDs will be dispatched in time for Christmas.

Lee’s long-trailed film project OLDER THAN GOD, which focuses on the creative life of friend and colleague Markus Reuter, has finally launched via its own dedicated site. The project will unfold over the course of a year as a series of (free) monthly webisodes, each featuring Markus and/or key collaborators from his professional life. The Iapetus (Bandcamp) store currently has several free downloads available, including interviews with Fabio Trentini (Moonbound), Tobias Reber, Markus Reuter, and the extended CENTROZOON family, plus free (or name-your-price) music from Moonbound, Yoshi Hampl, and Untight.
